We use your data only to answer your enquiry, coordinate participation you have requested, and operate the website. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in running the organisation (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

Emails are handled through the organisation's email provider, which may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
